Joint Tenancy
Joint Tenancy is a form of property ownership in which two or more individuals hold equal shares with the right of survivorship. This means that if one owner dies, their share automatically transfers to the surviving co-owner(s), bypassing probate. It’s commonly used by spouses or partners for ease of inheritance.
