REO Field Services – CAMREO offers field asset services to mortgage holding companies, investors, and financial institutions nationwide on pre-foreclosure and REO properties. Our REO field services include lawn care, winterization, pool maintenance, security/rekey, trash-outs or debris removal, board-ups, evictions, and cash for keys. Features and Benefits:

  • REO Security- We will inspect the property parameter, secure all entrances, rekey the locks, and install a lockbox with the client’s code.
  • Debris Removal – Upon arrival to the property, all debris will be removed, including all bulky items; the property will be swept clean and sanitized.
  • Lawn Maintenance – The initial yard cut will be performed on the REO, and weekly lawn maintenance services will be provided during the summer.
  • Winterization – we will begin winterizing homes from October 21 through February 28, and depending on the weather, we may extend to March 15.
  • De-winterization – as weather permits, we will de-winterize the properties on March 1, clean water deposits, and connect all plumbing.
  • Courier Personal Service – we will hand-deliver all early client notices to the buyer and provide the clients with adult contact information.
  • Pool Maintenance – based on code compliance and the client’s requirements, we will pump the water out and secure the pool with a cover or provide weekly chemical treatment and secure the screening with a padlock. This includes all pools and hot tubs.
